Shipping Policy
Rustic Valley Collectibles ships from San Diego County, California. We take pride in secure, professional packaging appropriate to the value and fragility of every item we sell.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within a business week. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business week.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS to all 50 states and U.S. territories. Shipping method is selected based on item value and type:
Items under $50: USPS Ground Advantage or First Class with tracking. Items $50–$299: USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Items $300+: USPS Priority Mail with tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.
High-value items ($500+) ship fully insured with signature confirmation required.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for most product categories. However, knives and bladed items are not available for international shipping due to varying import regulations. International knife orders will be cancelled and refunded.
For all international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Rustic Valley Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Knives and Bladed Items
All knives ship to U.S. domestic addresses only via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Items over $500 include signature confirmation and full declared-value insurance. Knives are packaged securely in compliance with USPS shipping regulations for bladed articles.
Rustic Valley Collectibles does not ship knives to jurisdictions where the specific knife type is prohibited by law. If we become aware that an order cannot be legally fulfilled, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Insurance
Items valued at $50 or more are automatically insured for their full sale price. If an insured item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a claim.
