Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from San Diego County, California.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery times vary by USPS service: Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days, Priority Mail 1–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available for most product categories. However, knives and bladed items ship to U.S. addresses only. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
Is my order insured?
Items valued at $50 or more are automatically insured for their full sale price. High-value items ($500+) ship with signature confirmation required.
Knives
Do you ship knives internationally?
No. Due to varying international knife import regulations, all knives and bladed items ship to U.S. domestic addresses only.
Is there an age requirement to buy knives?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any knife from Rustic Valley Collectibles.
Are your knives legal in my state?
Knife laws vary by state, county, and municipality. All knives currently listed on our site are standard folding or fixed blade knives legal to own in most U.S. jurisdictions. However, it is your responsibility to verify that any knife you purchase complies with your local laws. We do not sell switchblades, automatic knives, or other restricted knife types.
Do your knives come with a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties transfer to the buyer where applicable. For example, Buck Knives offers a Forever Warranty covering materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the knife. Warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer.
Can I return a knife?
